Terms
What applies to using this website — and, more importantly, what does not apply to the actual work.
This page covers the website only
Project work is governed by the written proposal you sign, not by this page. Where the two ever disagree, the proposal wins. Nothing here replaces, limits or reinterprets what we agree in writing with a client.
Enquiring is not engaging
Sending the form, getting a reply, or having a call does not create a contract or oblige either of us to anything. We may say we are not the right studio for a job — and sometimes we do. You are committed to nothing until you sign a proposal.
What we say on this site
We have tried hard to keep this site free of claims we cannot support. There are deliberately no performance statistics, testimonials or case-study results on it, because we have not yet measured results we are allowed to publish. What we do show is the live work itself, linked so you can check it.
Descriptions of our services explain how we work. They are not a guarantee of a particular commercial outcome, and no page here should be read as one.
Other people’s work
The projects shown on this site belong to the businesses that commissioned them. Their names, logos, photography and copy are theirs, shown to illustrate work we were involved in. The design and code of this website, and its original artwork, are ours.
Linked websites are outside our control. We cannot be responsible for what changes on them after we link to them.
Availability
We try to keep this site up and correct, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. If you spot something wrong, telling us is genuinely welcome.
What we have not finished
A complete set of terms names the contracting entity and the governing law. Totuu Labs operates this site; the registered entity and the jurisdiction those clauses depend on are not finalised, and we are not going to guess at them on a page like this. They will be published here once they are settled.
In the meantime, the written proposal for any project states who you are contracting with and under what law. If you want to know before that point, ask.
